We also collaborate with interior designers, stylists and architects to elevate their projects with highly collectable art.
Our on-site exhibition program changes monthly, while our extensive stockroom - also available to browse online - is bursting with art.
And to complete your visit, our Design Store showcases a rotating selection of hand-crafted objects by talented Australian artisans and makers. From jewellery, tableware and blown glass to handmade decorative vessels, you’ll find distinctive pieces that make for thoughtful gifts, or a special treasure just for you.

ABOUT GALLERYSMITH
Gallerysmith has been a recognised name in the visual arts for 17 years. Since 2008, the gallery has developed a strong reputation for showcasing artists with international reputations and important mid-career artists while also successfully shaping the careers of emerging practitioners.
Director Marita Smith's 25+ years in the visual arts, (along with her post grad qualification in Museum Studies and undergrad in Arts and Architecture) ensures she can advise on all aspects of contemporary art and building robust collections. Gallery Manager Belinda Neilson holds a Masters of Art Curatorship and has almost ten years of experience in the commercial gallery sector. Our small dedicated team is bolstered by our communications specialist Lulu Smith.
Gallerysmith artists are carefully selected to uphold the gallery’s vision of presenting work which has enduring cultural value. Our artists are regularly selected for awards, curated exhibitions and acquired by public gallery collections. Their practices are published in art journals, specialist art books and exhibition catalogues.
