Notes: these works are hollow cast aluminium ‘tabletop’ sculptures with a solid base, weighing approximately 2kg each. There are 30 heads in the series, each wuku corresponding to a day of the Javanese Pawukon calendar and containing relevant traditional imagery.
Warigagung: Presided by a god named Maharesi. Has alot of responsibility and ambitious. Will find happiness in old age. Talkative and skillful in sweet-talks, as a leader their commands are always obeyed. Strong willed and never takes back anything said.
